What is Pos Flow?
Pos Flow is a professional cloud-based Point of Sale system designed for retail stores, restaurants, and service businesses. It handles sales, inventory, customers, staff management, and reporting — all from your browser.
Do I need to install any software?
No. Pos Flow is entirely cloud-based. You access it through any modern web browser — Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge. No downloads or installations required.
What devices can I use?
You can use any device with a web browser — desktops, laptops, tablets, and smartphones. The POS interface is optimized for touchscreens and works great on iPads and Android tablets.
Pricing & Billing
Is there a free trial?
Yes! Every new account gets a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required to start.
Can I change my plan later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment processor. Annual plans may also be paid via bank transfer.

Can I manage multiple stores?
Yes. Pos Flow supports multi-store management. You can manage inventory, staff, and reports across all locations from a single dashboard.
Does it track inventory in real-time?
Yes. Inventory updates automatically with every sale, return, and stock adjustment. You'll get low-stock alerts and can set reorder points for each product.
Can I manage staff roles and permissions?
Yes. Create custom roles with granular permissions. Assign admins, managers, and cashiers with different access levels. Track time, schedule shifts, and manage commissions.
Do you support barcode scanning?
Yes. Use any USB or Bluetooth barcode scanner to quickly add products to sales. You can also print barcode labels directly from the system.
Can customers earn loyalty points?
Yes. The built-in loyalty program lets customers earn points on purchases. You can configure point-earning rates and redemption rules in settings.
Technical
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest. We use industry-standard security practices including regular backups, access controls, and audit logging.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Export reports, orders, products, customers, and inventory data to CSV or PDF at any time. Your data belongs to you.
Does it work offline?
Pos Flow requires an internet connection for full functionality. However, we recommend a stable connection for the best experience. Offline mode support is on our roadmap.

How do I get help?
You can submit a support ticket directly from your dashboard, email us through our contact page, or browse our help documentation. We aim to respond within 24 hours.
Do you offer onboarding or training?
Yes. New users get a guided onboarding tour on first login. We also offer video tutorials and documentation for all features. Enterprise plans include personalized onboarding sessions.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period.
